Custom WHMCS Reports

[url removed, login to view] has recently implemented WHMCS to handle all billing and support for our subscription-based SaaS web platform (site builder) as well as the transfers and registrations of domains and email accounts.

We are looking for help with some custom reporting to address the following:

• On-demand reports:

o Revenue broken down by product & billing frequency

o Accrual (periodized/recognized) revenue by product & billing frequency

o 'New' monthly revenue vs renewal revenue by product & billing frequency

o Average days to upgrade (sign up of free product days to paid product) by product

o A growth report that considers average retention rates and estimated new sales

• Customize WHMCS to

o Remove VAT from revenue reports

o Use combined currency revenue as standard instead of several broken down by currency

• We'd also like to be able to calculate via WHMCS reports:

o Average value of a new client

o Average lifetime span of a client

o Average lifetime value of a client

Please note we are working with the newest version 5.2 of WHMCS.

The work can be done in our office in Copenhagen or remotely. We expect that there would be a briefing session before the work begins to go into further detail of the task.

We need someone who would be ready to take on the project from the 13th/14th of August.

We'd ideally like to find a developer whom which we could have an on going cooperation with for additional projects as well. If interested please provide examples of your work and competencies.
