Adding HTML code into Zend Framework 1 phtml file.

Hi, i'm looking at someone who can help bring html code over to zend framework 1. Currently only some pages are being fully bought over. I would prefer of someone who know how to place the item at the correct position. Some simple positioning to make it look good.
