Discount Coupons with Referrals

We're looking for a more detailed discount coupons report that will be viewable publicly. We have them set up as a referral system so that when the code "jeff" is used we know that Jeff referred this buyer. We'd like to pay Jeff 5% of the order that his friend made. We'd like to create a live updated report of all the coupons on the same page, which needs to be viewable to the public...not just in the admin. We'd like these statistics displayed in columns:
#1. name of the discount code
#2. number of times the code was used
#3. $ amount total of the orders the code was used on
#4. 5% of #3 ...which will be their commission aka store credit from the sales
#5. a blank column to put the amount of store credit redeemed
We need to be able to choose which discount codes get displayed on this page as well, since not all of our codes are public and are part of our referral thing. The % amount on #4 should be editable in case we decide to offer more or less store credit in the future. Also, in some cases we will need to remove a discount coupon use, for example if Jeff uses his own code to buy from our website we don't want to count that towards his store credit since it's a not a referral.
