A Subscriber Billing Management System

II need **a subscription member billing management system to process user payments periodically and automatically**. 1. There will be different services, say, web hosting, high speed internet, & wireless phone, etc. There will be different plans for each service, say, bacic, siliver, and gold, etc. 2. There will be different subscription payment periods for each service plan, say, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and two years. If a user selects an annual payment plan, two options would be offered - auto renew and non auto renew. In second case, the system will not process the payment automatically on renew date, but suspend the service. 3. A user can choose one or mutiple services in same or different payment peirods. Say, a user may purchase a monthly hosting plan, a two year domain registration, and one year subscription of online club. 4. The system should allow a subscriber to upgrade or down grade or cancel selected service plans and calculate credit or charge the difference between different plans promptly. 5. Multilingual interfaces as osCommerce are required. OSC's and other open source shopping cart system can be used with some modifications. If you make it, I will extend one more week for** you to fine turn the system with further details. _You have to have excellent RAC rating to be quarlifed for this project._ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
