Digital Design for Blog

I am looking for a creative web designer who has the following skills and understanding: Here is basically what I need: I want a digitally-drawn cartoon style toilet and toilet paper roll, whether it be in Photoshop or other graphics program. Here are a few more details: -Knows wordpress blog system and understanding how to customize the template and CSS. -Very talented with Photoshop and Illustrator. -Can accurately build functioning designs based upon my 3 sketches. -Both sidebar designs must be able to house links for my sponsor advertisements and additional information about my company. One the bottom of each sponsor link, there should be a small link that states “ads via tcn?? which links to my ad network page which will be provided ([login to view URL]) -Designer should be able to implement the designs into my current wordpress theme. I should be able to add links (sponsor ads) to each sidebar when needed. -The top (toilet roll) of each sidebar should be able to house a 150 x 100 image and the “sheets?? should be able to house 120 x 90 ad images. This is a very small job, but will lead to much bigger jobs if done well. I am a serial entrepreneur with many more sites to build and be designed. My sketches include: 1.) Right Sidebar: this should be a design of a toilet roll with the dispenser. The sidebar will contain 2 links, 1 button for my RSS feed, and some content. 2.) Left Sidebar: this is basically the same thing as the right, but only contains 5 ad link spaces. 3.) Logo: the logo is a design of an orange/blue toilet bowl with content. Logo must also be shrunk down to a 16x16 image for browser tab. Primary colors of all designs: Orange #ffa202 Blue #ccffff White: #ffffff I will email the sketches to people interested ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Wordpress Blogging System
