Design a webpage displaying virtual tour

Hello, I need someone to design a webpage that displays a virtual tour for my site [login to view URL] The design of the webpage should be consistent with the overall look and feel of the site i.e. colors, layout, fonts, etc. (I will provide a mockup/layout) For examples of what im looking for go to <[login to view URL]> (maybe mine won't be as sophisticated) <[login to view URL]> The virtual tour page will display still and panoramic images. (Click on the first link above to view some of the panoramic images available with that virtual tour.) So you will need to develop a panorma viewer using Adobe/Macromedia Flash Player. The panorma viewer will need to be intelligent enough to recognize if it's a still image or a panorama (and display it accordingly, that is it is suppose to display like panorama see the first link) IF YOU CAN"T DO THIS, PLEASE DO NOT BID. The webpage will use ASP as the programming language. I will provide the field names from tblScene so you can code the webpage to pull scene info from SQL server database.
