Cross Browser CSS Issue

Hello,
We have just finished designing a landing page (We have the PSD file) and are having issues with the look of the page across different browsers.

We require the CSS to be modified so that the page looks good across
1. Firefox
2. Chrome
3. IE
The paragraphs need to be in perfect alignment over all browsers - and the color coding also needs to be maintained.
