In 2006, Bahama Blue was awarded the honor of being the highest grossing internet dealer for Cal Spas, the largest privately held home resort manufacturer in the world. We are seeking to increase our internet footprint by launching an Ebay store utilizing our current product line up. The store needs to be eye catching and have a sophisticated feel. Please make yourself familiar with our products and formats. It is our desire to hire a coder that has experience and knows how to build an Ebay store that will provide us immediate traction and the ability to maximize the Ebay community sale tactics such as "buy now", "auctions", etc. It is also critical that the store by capable of accommodating additional marketing advertisements such as coupons and special offers. The perfect coder will be someone that is intimate with x-cart and knows the ins and outs of Ebay. For the right coder, and upon successful launch of the Ebay store, there is an opportunity for continued participation in the management and updating of the store. Thank you in advance for your interest, J Bahama Blue is an equal opportunity employer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Store must be launched, free of bugs and commercially operational in the Ebay community. 5) The coder must either discover and existing and or develop a process by which the Ebay store products can be offered for auction ## Platform The Ebay store must meet all requirements of the Ebay community.
