Coldfusion script to save excel data

We are looking for a Coldfusion programmer who can write 2 scripts. These scripts will be called from an external application which will reference a URL on our website. This URL will be the location of these scripts. The external application will pass along XML data and expect to receive XML data. The first script will receive XML data, parse it and append this data to an excel sheet. Then return the row # it was stored in. This script will be named: Send [login to view URL] The second script will receive a row # of the excel sheet and return the data stored in that row. This script will be named: Retrieve [login to view URL] Please let me know if I need a DSN or we can open the file directly. Our external application is called Xcelius, from Business objects.
