Coding or Flash -- ADD CONTENT -- Permanent help on sites..

I have made websites before professionally I just dont know how to code. I can do basic HTML, that has left me with the current website. I need someone to possibly convert to CSS or other language. POSSIBLY.. I need a quote for that. I have also considered turning the present design INTO a flash template.. I need a quote for that. There are a few pages that need to be completely designed/redesigned..
