Clone MySpace Graphics Site(repost)

Hello.. I want to clone the site of [login to view URL] and create a content management system to manage additional images in the future. I will need the site fully editable from the admin panel. I will take care of all the graphics & input categories threw the admin panel. *Admin panel-control Options: Header: Site logo access - In case I want to change it. * Moderator's(ops): Ad On Multiple moderators to approve graphics.(Only to have limited capabilities) * Ads: Only main Admin can change these. Id like the option of having these like a grid over the page, but might only use just 3-4 ad spots at a time. grid like this: X X X(top of the page) X X X(center) X X X(bottom) like that so the whole page is covered. * And all other user admin controls (options) which are are needed to control and operate the subject site. *Some Of The Main page options* These are the extra options needed in addition to what is already on site. * User graphic rating: little star's 1-5 (under each graphic). * Code to light up on mouse over. [login to view URL] * Ftp bulk upload: The ability to ftp: bulk upload graphics into categories.(only for Admin). * Different titles in the browser on each page: Each category I would like to have its own title on the top of ever page.(Thus Making it better for placement on all the search engines). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
