CSS Template Conversions

Need to create TEN templates for a PHP script. The PHP script uses external templates and .tpl files by default. The job is based on the following requirements: 1) Understand the templating nature of the script. No PHP work will be needed, but variables are passed into the .tpl files of the template and should be understood. Enclosed is an example of the default template (/template_files_example/) 2) All ten templates should be based on the website URLs in the enclosed .txt file (/[login to view URL]). The design should be SIMILAR but not exactly like the templates above. I require nice looking gradients, background images, and roll overs for menu items. 3) All ten templates need to be in 100% xhtml / CSS valid write up. Absolutely no tables. 4) All ten templates will need to be worked on a designated area on my server. 10 default template versions will be installed with the PHP script. Above details will then be required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP / MySQL
