I am hoping the project is easy to do if you're talented and experienced. My budget is about $120-$150. If you bid more, then please explain why (I understand paying a little more for great graphic design on the website). IF I receive many bids from talented people who can do everything I need, the project will probably go to the LOWEST BIDDER. I also want to work with someone that will provide excellent customer service; this includes providing good communication and keeping me updated on the project, making revisions until every detail is perfect, and doesn't mind helping me and answering any questions I may have.
