Custom Upload for WP FlexiShop Two & WooCommerce

I have a FlexiShop Two wordpress theme with WooCommerce. I need the customer experience to be seamless. I am selling a custom product that has an uploadable image that will always be set in a fixed position depending on the product. There will be 4 options to upload (see attached PDF for position). The first product is one upload, the second is two uploads, the third is three uploads and the fourth is a single upload that fills the entire "stop sign shape". I need the customer experience to be that of the ability to reposition and resize the uploaded images and also the ability to type a name or message (up 60 characters). The name/message is optional and is to not show anything if the customer leaves blank. Again see sample pdf attached for reference. I would like this upload to be before the check out.
On the admin side. I would like the completed image saved as a transparent high quality pdf (preferred) or png. And if possible I would also like the images saved with out the placement, in case there are any issues with sizing or placement I would need the access to the original uploaded files. I would like the order some how attached to the completed order or saved in a way that is unique to the single customer. I don't want a lot of time trying to figure out whose order is whose. I also need the ability to select which product gets the one upload template, two upload template and so on. That being said a check box on the product set-up page would be wonderful.
