Ads website - wordpress

Hi freelancers, I want an advertisement website to be developed ASAP Features: Upon payment by user : 1) Allow users to post their Ads in relevant category(s). 2) Allow them to choose the Ad type(text,static/dynamic banner,video,Pop-Up,Interstitial,Advertorials,On-Site Sponsorships etc). Price will vary based on type. 3) Allow them to choose Ad size. Price will vary based on size. 4) Allow them to choose Ad duration. Price will vary based on duration. 5) Allow them to choose the Ad location. Price will vary based on location. 6) New user account creation 7) Wait for admin to approve the Ad. 8) Pagination when Ads exceed. I should be able to do: 1) I will have complete control of the running Ads from the backend. The Ads should be placed in the best way to make complete use of the website space. 2) I have the rights to approve/disapprove Ads through CP. Also Ads rorating 3) See complete transaction details in CP. 4) Create categories.
