Add custom taxonomy to post and admin

The plugin "WP Marketplace Plugin" didn't allow you to add tags to the custom post type "Products" so I created a custom taxonomy for it. It now shows up on the "add product" page in WordPress but not on the "Add Product" page in the member dashboard (users add products here and not via WP admin).
What I need is:
1. Add tags field to "add product" page in the member dashboard (min. two tags required)
2. Display the tags on the front end on the "Products" custom post type under the post content.
My budget is $30.
