Blackberry Area - Country Code - Decoder

The goal of this project is simple. However, I am not sure that the API's exist in the Blackberry OS to make this possible. You will be responsible for designing an application that works with Blackberry OS 4.0 and higher. This application will have a small database of all US area codes and country codes around the world. When a call comes in (phone rings) the applications will do the following: IF the phone number is recognized as a contact in the users address book, the Blackberry should continue to display (as it does today), the name and phone number of the caller. ELSE the application will look up the phone number in its area/country code database and display the location of the call by looking at the area/country code. Example: If a call came from 212-555-1212 and this was not in my address book the application would display "New York City, NY" call. I can then choose to "Answer" or "Decline" the call. You will provide all application packaging in order to install this product on a Blackberry.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
