a video/audio/text chat like paltalk

Hi, I am looking for expert C++ programmer to do the paltalk messenger alike. Here is what I want: please go to <[login to view URL]> and download the software ask me for the x-treme paltalk account at yahoo messenger:tonytrinh_usa2005 My messenger is for adult and entertainment. for entertainment: regular user will ask for monthtly membership (called member A). for adult: monthly member with extra credit in their account (called member B). **model who will provide xxx in private room called member C -member A enter a room without getting paid in private FUNCTION. -member B enter a room with two option: FREE private or Get Paid. When member B in xxx private room with member C, member B and C's cam will not display in public room. This is a full administration room control. **member C must be registered as different than member A & B. **quality of the audio + video must be as fine as paltalk. ***Please do not bid if you don't feel 100% sure. This will be multiuser and rooms. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
