[url removed, login to view] i currently have a smaller less advanced system in place i would want it to output a more professional looking sites ,and want a few different templates as i currently only run one

what i am looking for a system similar to the one used by the site i mentioned as in add your domain fill out certain things and the site is generated for you automatically with content etc the accounts are free if you would like to sign up and further see what I am talking about . Here is a page with examples of what is made and generated automatically [url removed, login to view] all those sites were made that way but the template looks unprofessional in certain areas and they have no options really. for my system I am looking for something a little more professional looking. as i said earlier I run a rather stripped down version now. I came here to see if I can get a good deal and give my current coder a break form all the work

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
