delphi: firebird / ms sqlserver data replication

multiple (say 2) instances of the same Delphi application are installed into different client PCs (say A and B) both connected to server S. Each Delphi application writes data into a local Firebird database. MS SQLServer replica of the firebird database is installed in the server. We must write code that will sync data from A to S and viceversa (and of course from B to S and viceversa). A good overall idea of what has to be done and working code for firebird <-> firebird replication is attached. The project requires the utmost care in details. Errors in code will cause havoc. Only VERY skilled coders need to apply. ## Deliverables the coder is required to provide assistance (if need arise) re how to connect from a client PC to the server database at the time the code is installed at the customer site. The coder will be avaiable at a suitable time via phone or Skype or GTalk. Please note that this will most probably not be necessary as the customer has people skilled in sqlserver.
