custom teplate : PSD & Graphics Only

Need a custom template designed JUST THE GRAPHICS and [login to view URL] Files,etc only I will do the coding around the design(im not a very creative guy :D) i have 2 background images(you pick best suited)(all attached) but will need atleast one different layout mockup of the design before i accept the [login to view URL] basically create a demo template and if accepted you can start with the psd [login to view URL] from there on i will need atleast 1-2 different mockups after that depending on how good the first one was.
