Chat Chat System Like Camfrog
Hi,
I am looking for expert in video and audio chat to do the same like Camfrog.
all servers must go through central server like "camfrog".
Pleas go to "[url removed, login to view]" to download the server and client.
In each chat room, there will be banner ads at the bottom and will be from the central server.
In "camfrog", there are two type of users:
General and 18+. For my chat, there will be three: General, 18+ and xxx rooms.
User can enter the xxx room if he or she have credit with the central server.
monthly membership can view multi cams and superfast video and audio.
none membership can view only one cam at a time, like Camfrog.
The quality of video from Camfrog is very good when the image stay still. However, When the image in motion, there will be blurry. I need someone can fix it and make the image of the webcam always the best quality at all time.
I will give big bonus if you can make the video the best.
Must be 100% sure to have smoothly image in all time.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
