bluetooth message reciever?(repost)

Hi, I need a program to download messages from a nokia 6230i, the messages will then be uploaded to a mysql database, the message will then be deleted from the phone. Preferably using bluetooth to maintain the connection to the phone? The program should have some sort of ban list to remove forbidden words or numbers, and should have an option to reject any normal telephone calls made to the phone? symbols such as :) can be compared and replaced with a jpg or gif file and possibly some way to display the messages on the web?
