activity logger

Hello, I'm looking for a small application made in delphi. It should monitor active program into a logfile. it should detect mouse motion or keyboard activity if it doesnt occur for 1 minute it should end the ussage log, then when there is mouse/key activity it should again start. so if i use explorer at 14:00 and continue clicking without more then a minute passing by this 14:05 then come back at 14:15 and use it for 3 minutes the log should have internet explorer: 14:00-14:05 internet explorer: 14:15-14:18 it should use the caption for most programs but in case of ms word and internet explorer and mozilla it must store the document name or url active into the log so if explorer is open or firefox and i browse from one page to another there must be added a new log entry. or if i change document in word the same thing will apply. With internet explorer if there are 3 windows open then it must keep track of internet explorer as a browsing activitiy and also log the pages usage time depending on which window is in focus. The program must be made in delphi (any version). Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
