This is for a component in a new ASP.Net intranet site.
This project is to develop a TAPI component in C# to interface between the TAPI drivers and the application database, web server, and desktop components. A tool exposing the TAPI interface via a COM component is already available; this project is to integrate that interface into the existing application structure. It requires an understanding of TAPI concepts, basic database access, the ability to write manageable service applications, and to use TCP/IP (and/or UDP) to communicate with other components.

In addition to delivering the software, the developer should allow for provision of phone / email / IM support during the installation and configuration phase of up to 5 hours, and this time should be included in the initial quote.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows
> (a): Complete source code for all developed work
> (b): Executable binaries for developed component
> (c): Annotated configuration file documenting all available options
> (d): Accompanying notes describing installation / configuration requirements and issues3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
