C#.NET Interoperability and ADO.NET integration

The project requires the integration of already developed .DLLs into C#.NET and some minimal database interaction using ADO.NET. The basics for this project are a set of .DLL files written in ANSI C and compiled for Windows OS. This .DLLs provide support for interfacing with several fingerprint scanners (USB connected) and also provide functionality to extract, match, and identify digital representation of fingerprints. The .DLL that interfaces with fingerprint scanners requires a callback into C# code. The .DLL that interfaces with the fingerprint digitalization functions requires integration with a third-party database using [login to view URL] The final deliverable must be two .NET components, one for the fingerprint scanners, and the other for the fingerprint digitalization and database integration. A sample application, which uses the .NET components, is also required in order to test the final product. Attached (as .zip file) you can find the .h files defining the .DLLs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
