Developing Home Replacement Application and Engine for O2 XDA Stealth

This is a development to replace the Home and GUI for the dated O2 XDA Stealth that runs on Windows Mobile 5/6. The screen size is 2.4" and has a low resolution of 240*320.? <[login to view URL]>? The purpose of this project is to find a way to extend the useful life of older generation phones (this one is from 2006) by? targeting? on user experience, interface and responsiveness. The main area which should be responsive and fast is in phone functions (call, SMS, MMS) and in browsing/scrolling through programs to run. This is targeted to simplify and update the user experience that has been crippled by Windows Mobile 5. Keep in mind that this device utilises a stylus and has a resistive screen.? ## Deliverables If successful, this application will be made available to other legacy devices. This software should be able to give new life (usefulness) to old devices without the need for users to buy new devices for simple PDA tasks. The project will be a paid amount plus additional profit-sharing. Please enquire if you have questions on this slightly complicated project. This is NOT a simple theming project as the current Windows Mobile 5/6 screens are not responsive and are subject to lagging issues. A new engine is needed. Please refer to "SPB Mobile" for a similar example. However, we do not need the level of complexity that is in SPB Mobile.
