Design Tornado with Lightning

We are looking for a Photoshop artist to create a very professional high-quality tornado effect that has red lighting coming out of it. We would like this to look dark and powerful. This will be used for an advertisement. If you look at the attached zip archive, there are three files for review. We need the tornado behind the red computer.

I have attached a sample ([url removed, login to view]) of how big we need the tornado implanted into the advertisement. The bright-green markings would be the tornado which is a separate layer. This will allow you to use Photoshop and integrate the tornado into the advertisement to be behind the red computer. Note: The attached [url removed, login to view] file is blurred on purpose to protect the business.

I have also attached a ([url removed, login to view]) for reference on how we would like the tornado to appear and a ([url removed, login to view]) for the style of lightning we would like to have.

Please submit sketches/samples of what you will be creating so we may select an appropriate individual for this project.

The designer will receive a high-quality 300dpi Photoshop file of the full page advertisement. The designer will need to integrate the high-quality tornado into the high-quality production Photoshop file.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
