Delivery to Hotmail Inbox

need a mailer that is able to send thousands of emails. But the mails SHOULD NOT be treated as \"JUNK\" by hotmail. Also, I don't want my ISP server's SMTP port to be used for the purpose and my IP should not appear in the header of the email. It should be able to read a database of emails from a text file. I repeat: I need that the sent emails ALWAYS get to Hotmail's Inbox NOT to the Junk Folder. This requirement is critical for this project. Thanks.
