Data Transfer Application

I need the following functionality and features for the program. (1) I need this program to transfer any file from a predefined folders from a remote computer to a webserver (a website). (2) Also need to recieve and store files from a server (or a website) to the remote computer and store it in specified folders. (3) Also if you can please add the funtionality to send and recieve these files to and fro by using email. (4) The files need to transfer are images, text files. These images and text files are stored in two different directories. Eg: Images_recieved images_send text_recieved text_send are the folders in both computer. (5) If you can implement compression(zip or any) to these files when transfering it's an advatage to get a bonus. But i need to have an option to choose whether compression is needed or not. (6) All these transfers need to be via internet when internet is connected to the computers. So you should implement some method to check for internet connection is active or not. (7) The program should have an option to autostart when windows loads. (A registry auto start is preferable rather than [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or startup folder) (8) The webserver folder to store and recieve files(is linux) will be password protected so please implement a function to login to the server before transfereing. ## Deliverables **(9) The data transfered and saved "FROM" AND "TO" each system should be accessible with a password. No other person without a password will not be able to see these saved files. This password protection function is only needed for text files(*.txt,*.doc,*.rtf,etc...) saved in a computer for sending and saved in that computer after recieving. No encription needed for other type of files like images, etc But if you do it you may qualify for an additional bonus. That means when user add these text files to the program for transfer that file should be taken by the program and should saved in an encrypted form that can be decrypted using a password with this program installed elseware. (8) All the above configuration should have an option to activated and deativated by me using a gui or with a [login to view URL] file. (9) The program should be a standalone excicutable. Also i need the full source code(Well documentation or commenting of what u r doing in each part of the source code is needed. You can add this in each section of the source code. That it will be easy for me to edit it later) ready to be compiled. (10) The program need this feature that itcan only be accesed with a password each time. (11) Also i need an option to do all these work to be done underground with out showing any windows or icons in the system tray. Also it need an option to work all these in windowed mode(viewable). (12) Also need a method(like hot key combinations that can be changable) to show the hidden program when working. (13) The program should transfer these files with and without user intigation when ever net is connected to the computer.** **This project is a very easy to do job by a smart programmer.
