Custom interface tray application - Windows

[SEE IMAGES!]I need a tray application that automaticly will download a .txt file, scans through the entire drive or a submitted dir and all its subdirs and compares the dir-names with the downloaded list, searching for matches If there is a match and the match have never earlier been detected, it will added to a match-list. The match-list will be presented to the user, who will be able to go to that directionary just through clicking on the name in the list. This tray application will download the list every 25 - 35 minutes (randomized within the time intervall for preventing server overload) and it will compare the list in the background. The earlier matches will be validated (check if they still are matches) and new ones will be searched for. If one or more new matches are discovered, the tray application will display a descrete image down in the right corner (that will scroll up, stay for 2 seconds, and scroll down again), telling the user that X new matches were found, and Z matches are still waiting since before. The user can click the image to get the match-list presented. The options panels can be explained with this image: ![][1] ![][2] ![][3] The interface should be customized using to the look and feel of the illustrating pictures. I can provide the .psd files for you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP/Vista
