Create Password-protected Web Portal

We want to create a directory on our IIS 6-based Windows Server 2003 server that only authorized users can gain access to. There should be a secure login page where the user enters a username and password in order to access the [login to view URL] page in this directory. When they login, it should say "Welcome XXXX", where XXXX is their name. It should also have their company name, address, and other items listed. Ideally, all of this data (username, password, company name, address, etc) could be read from a flat file that we could edit easily to create new users, update information, etc. We need to have three different sets of password-protected directories on our IIS 6-based website. There must be three different sets of users that can access each directory. For example, if the directories are Sales, Support, and Partners, user A should only have access to Sales and not Support and Partners. We need you to develop 3 sets of HTML-based login pages, each with its own authentication scheme. It needs to be very simple for us to add new users in the future. Users should be able to change the default password, which we will provide. You will need to provide the necessary files and necessary instructions for us to configure IIS 6 appropriately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
