Count CPU cycles

Hi! I need two functions writtein in C#. One of them: Start() the other one Stop() Between the start and stop functions I will put code. The stop() function should return the amount of cpu cycles that it took to execute the code between these two functions (should be a big value...like int64 for example). Also, I need you to give me a very simple C# project showing how this works. It should be command line app!!!!
