Clone and improve Directory(repost)(repost)

The program below was created but will NOT work under Windows 7. So I need you to build a new program based on the old, which will work under Windows 7 Vista and XP If it will work on Macs so much the better, but I can live without that. ***Please go to [login to view URL] and download the existing program to see what is needed.*** The process servers diretory has the smallest number of records which will save you time. All four progams are identical except for the content of their databases. We want to replace the current directories with new versions doing the same things but more secure and with the ability for me to easily replace/update the database when we want to. The lawyers version is set up to operate as a national edition where a user can access all the records, and also as 5 regional editions which restricts users to records in the different regions of Canada but all versions use the same program. Just the cosmetics and the database contents change from one to the next ====================================================================== **WE WANT THE PROGRAMMER TO DO THIS:** (and any needed changes that arise during the updating) Create a Windows & version (backwards compatible with other windows OS) our directory of lawyers program with improvements 1 in database security to keep unauthorized users out of the db 2 Create an admin panel so I can replace the entire database from time to time. 3 and update the version numbers (eg 2010A or 2010B) and any other needed changes as I update the directories once or twice a year But the basic existing program can remain pretty much as is in concept and look ## Deliverables Look at the existing program and make sure you can clone it with improvements Contact me once you have downloaded the example and read the requirements
