Bulk domain whois & email program

1) I am basically looking for a program that checks the REGISTRANT email for a domain. Then the program will record the domain name and email address for the registrant into a database. If a particular email address owns more than 1 domain, the program should also be able to categorise all domains that is registered to that client. e.g. sample database [login to view URL] owner(AT)[login to view URL] [login to view URL] ceo(AT)[login to view URL] [login to view URL] president(AT)[login to view URL] [login to view URL] ceo(AT)[login to view URL] [login to view URL] ceo(AT)[login to view URL] As you can see, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are owned by ceo(AT)hotmail.com. So the program will categorie into something like this: e.g. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ceo(AT)[login to view URL] the program must have a save/load feature to save the domains, and emails. 2) Next, I want a SIMPLE email client to send emails only. - The email client should be able to send emails from a fake email address (e.g. blah(AT)[login to view URL]). - This email client should be able to read from the database of the whois program along here, and send emails to the registrant of the domain, WITH the domain in the subject line, and a particular message I want in the body. - This email client must have a "replyto:" field for me to fill in. e.g. "replyto:blah(AT)[login to view URL]" which works in email properly. - It should also contains a list of working public mail servers to send emails. - If any instance, the public mail servers cannot send email, it will autmatically use another public mail server to send email. I am looking for an experienced C++ coder for this. I post 3 projects weekly. The one selected here will also be my only C++ windows coder in ALL my future projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
