Browser Tool bar for 'anonymous' web browsing

GENERAL PROJECT BACKGROUND: I need to develope a browser tool bar, similair to the yahoo and google toolbar. This is for a personal project of mine, promoting peace, art, music and helping people inform themselves on politics...This toolbar is a tool I want to offer my visitors for free so they can protect their privacy while surfing. FEATURES: ----------------------------- ANONYMOUS BROWSING: I want to mask as much as possible any and all info, at the least...id like to mask their I.P. in order for users to surf in private without being tracked. There should be a button in the tool bar for the option "Stealth mode" - "on" or "off". The default state should be "on", but user can click to set to "off" in order to stop "anonymous surfing" ---------------------------------- SETTINGS: There should also be a "settings" option somewhere, where the user can select "Launch on start up" with a check box for "on" - if check box is not checked, this will be considered "off" ----------------------------------------- BUTTON LINKS I will need 2-3 icons/buttons which will simply send the user to website links I will provide. ----------------------------------------- MP3 PLAYER If possible (if not, its not necessary, this would be a plus) id like to include a small flash mp3 player into the toolbar which would load external data and mp3s from my site so user can select and listen to music while surfing. IMPORTANT NOTE: I will develop the mp3 player, I just need you to create a 350w * 20h pixel space in the toolbar app where I can load an swf. This space should be like a very small browser window which will display the url I will provide you with the flash in it. -------------------------------------------- FINAL NOTE: I will design all graphics, and interface design...and provide images in whatever format you need. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). I will need all legal rights and files to/of all source code and necessary files related to the projects development. ## Platform ie 6.0+ mac and pc firefox mac and pc -------------- if possible opera and safari aswell (mac and pc)
