Bluetooth Phone Application

We basically need this software developed for two mobile operating systems: iPhones and Blackberrys The software will scan via bluetooth for other users in the area every x minutes. Each user of the software has a profile that is setup on our server. The profile contains login information to various social networks such as myspace, facebook, etc... The software continually scans for other users in the area. If a user is found within the same friends network as defined by your facebook,myspace,etc.., then the phone will alert you. The phone will also alert you of other things, such as if there is someone with the same interests, etc... Just looking for a general bid price as of now, more description will come later.
