Blog type news project

1. Looking to have the functionality to enter news on my site in a blog-type method. Instead of having to edit the page from home, I just want to be able to submit news from an admin page. 2. Looking to have the functionality to have a "members only" section of the site which would let people in based on a user name and password. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win NT server.
