Betfair Soccer In-Play Trading

I am looking for software that would work with [[login to view URL]][1] and place bets for in-running soccer matches based on the current time and score of the match (the required odds for backing/laying would be received from an externally maintained spreadsheet). Main features: - ability to log into Betfair account - ability to retrieve live prices from Betfair and display them correctly - ability to place bets on Betfair markets - ability to cancel unmatched bets after a certain time since placing - ability to recognize a market was suspended since the last refresh and ask for additional input (e.g. change in score) - keep internal clock of the match after initial settings and take the current time into an account when placing bet (e.g. only betting between 50th and 85th minute of the match) - use different settings for its behaviour Previous experience with Betfair is a big advantage for the bidder, Betfair API approach welcomed, web scraping also an option. Please find the attached Excel spreadsheet that describes the required parameters and values that are displayed or need to be taken into an account for the design of the software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
