Betfair Exchange Poker

I require a software program that will link to the Betfair Exchange Games Site. I only require a link to Poker Exchange. Must have following functions 1) Must be able to display all the betfair page details in a chosen excel file. 2) Must be able to back/lay/clear/cancel through Excel 3) Must be able to back/lay below minimum Bet 4) Must be able to detect if logged off and automatically log back in Must be experienced at programming with the exchange site as i require a good working program that is reliable.
