Auto Flash report

Need a database built to store performance data to be viewed by certain password protected endusers. The data will be recieved from mulitple stores via automatic daily emails and automatically? uploaded into the proper areas of the database. Based upon? a security level the enduser will be able to view certain reports generated from the database.
