Application to display webpage and show its semantic structure in the same frame with attributes(repost)

I need an application that takes a webpage address as input and displays all the blocks in the webpage like header , datablocks, items either next to it or in another page .

it can be any language such as c#, Java etc

want it done in a week .

I have attached 2 zip files extract them first and

register the [url removed, login to view] first using registerdll batch file and then run the exe file then when you open the VIPS demo put a web address in the top address bar , hit enter and click on VIPS button and then click on the Dom structure you will see that when you click on page structure the corresponding elements are highlighted in the webpage .i need a similar application.
