a small amount of website design, majority of coding and building out website

Its very simple, I currently already have a live website that I am decently happy with - (The Site Administrator has removed the contact details on this project) - however, I want to give it a revamp, make it a little more user friendly and "HIP" - I had a freelancer on here are design the home page, but he went missing...Here is the final design product - [login to view URL] - I would say that I am pretty happy with 90% of this layout, colors, and theme. A few details regarding this project: -the picture on the top of the design needs to be a slide show of 4+ pictures of SUPER HIGH END LUXURY HIGH RISE PICTURES -the box the says "search rentals" needs to be built out, ALL API information will be provided - pretty easy (Here is the link to the API information - [login to view URL] And here is the pdf for the API documentation - [login to view URL]) -I would like to included some type/form of this animation from these website examples: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] -you will have to design, code, and build out 5 pages plus the home page -THIS WEBSITE IS BUILT IN WORD PRESS, but if there was a better platform for SEO purposes, then I would consider hearing about it VERY IMPORTANT PART IS THAT THIS NEED TO BE DONE IN TWO WEEKS! EVERYTHING MUST BE DONE AND LIVE BY FEB 1ST! PLEASE READ THIS ALL AND RESPOND WITH DETAILS ON HOW YOU WILL APPROACH THIS PROJECT, NOT LOOKING FOR GENERIC RESPONSES.
