developer for converting html to x-cart

I have design as well as html and css.i have to implement it in x-cart so its easy to implement. I need it urgent with full functionality work and in low budget, as it is only to implement the html to [login to view URL] easy for every one who know php or shopping cart [login to view URL] it should be in x-cart. I have a lot of project in future if this is successful. you have to just integrate template into x-cart.I will provide the HTML if you know how to skinning like skin to zen cart etc it is very easy for you.
