A bare-bones web application: No graphics, just code!

I need to knock up a bare-bones stateful web application (no graphic design required) with the following functions:
Allow users to make textual submissions to a global list
Allow users to search global list, view submissions, and manage (edit) their own submissions
Allow users to save searches (keywords) to their profile, and search other users by keyword
I would like Facebook (& Twitter) integration to:
Allow users to register/login with Facebook or Twitter
Allow users to 'discuss' and 'like' individual submissions
Allow users to provide a link to their FB profile on submissions they own, automatically generated
...All wrapped up in some AJAX magic (jQuery, mootools or the like)
I am not particular about whats it's implemented in, a long as it's functional and flexible. So straight PHP/SQL or Ruby on Rails/Django/CakePHP etc framework- it's all good, whichever works. I have mockups at the ready.
Please contact me only if you're confident (and practised) at this sort of Web 2.0 design, Stateful and with social integration, as I'm going for a lean one-page format. Portfolio/examples would be reassuring. Thanks and bon courage!
