A Music Website

I want a website where my users can listen and download the [login to view URL] of uploading to a server/host i want to stream the music from zippyshare.com. I also want the music link to [login to view URL] for download. I do not want some jackass to work on my project i want a real website made and not some script you get online. I have attached 3 files and i want my site to look exactly like it. Also i want the admin panel to look like it.I want a related music on the right side of the page (similar to youtube related videos). I want to be able to show ads at the bottom,top and in between ever 5 music added to website. I want my site to have alot of page impressions so i want the person to click the tittle of the song then brought to a page to listen and then to a download page. In the images attached i want to have to same comment system where users DO NOT NEED to register or user a social plug in (facebook twitter) to login. I also want tobe able to feature 1 to 2 songs at the top of the page.
