Develop a Web Audio Player similar t

I want a web based audio player similar to beatport.com. ([url removed, login to view])

The page on which this player will be deployed contains a list of audio files (wav / mp3). The player should be able to play a file once the same is clicked.

Player features:

a) Visualisation of the wav file audio data. You can see this in beat port. We have a large number of wav files. If additional backend scripts (php only) required then the bidder should mention before the bid is finalised. The visualisation has be to be loaded dynamically. The files cannot be processed in backend to generate visulisation

b) Forward and Backward movement. If additional backend script is required / streaming software is required then same may be informed prior to bid.

c) We use Wrapbootstrap Ace Admin theme. The deliverable should be web page in that theme with list of audio files, showing successful playback (wav / mp3)

d) The developer shall certify that all code used are non copy right and the copy right of the product shall be transferred to me.
