Design & Develop Multi Step Reservation Form

Design and develop a Multi-Step Forms (4 step) to complete a room reservation. General Site All information provide by the user should be accessible thru the hole process. When user click back or continue the previous step value should be show in the corresponded fields or vice versa. Once a step is complete it should be green colored. Pending step should be clear colored. Step 1 - Quote, this is the start step. the user can only move to the next step (continue button). Area 1 Quote - Arrival Date, Departure Date, Rent, Room Tax, Reservation Fee, Total, Initial Charge Area 2 Services - List all add services Service Name, Service Price Add Service Button - JQuery call to add service. When a successful service is add we should update the quote Total Step 2 - Guest, from this step the user can only move to previous step 1 (back button) and to the next step 3(continue button). Area 1 Guest Demographic - First Name, Last Name, Area 2 Guest Contact - Email, Phone 1, Phone 2, Mobile, Fax Area 3 Guest Address - Street Address, Address 2,City, State(AK AL AR AZ CA CO CT DC DE FL GA HI IA ID IL IN KS KY LA MA MD ME MI MN MO MS MT NC ND NE NH NJ NM NV NY OH OK OR PA PR RI SC SD TN TX UT VA VT WA WI WV WY BC MB NB NL NT NS ON PE QC SK YT VI) Country, Zipcode General - Continue only possible when Area 1, email, at least 1 phone and Area 3 is completed fill. When continue is click make a JQuery Call to save contact information. If successful user can redirect to step 3. Step 3 - Payment, from this step the user can only move to previous step 2 (back button) and to the next step 4(continue button). If payment was successful the user most be redirect to the step 4. If payment was not successful a message should be show to the user to update the correspond information. Step 4 - Receipt, this is the final step. from this step the user can only go to the home page. It only possible to get to this step if the payment was successful.
