Customize A Wordpress Header - Basic Level Work

I would like for my header to be customized/modified to include a few elements.
Here is the header you will customize:
[login to view URL]
Please note that it is a simple header image, which when clicked will lead to the home page.
I want my custom header to be like this one:
[login to view URL]
It has a box on the right side with an image linked to a page and also has mouse over properties. And the left side has an H2 text link, and a button link which go to a page on their site.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I need you to be able to explain to me how I can duplicate your customization on my other websites. I have several other movie sites and I want them all to have this customization. Hopefully I can simply swap out the headers with the one you create for me. But please be able to explain to me how to complete this modification on my own so I can do it on my other sites.
