Customise Genesis Balance Theme

I need to someone who is very familiar with Genesis Wordpress themes and with a high standard of communication and comprehension. I'm looking for trustworthy people who I can work with again. Need to get this done ASAP. I was quoted $100 by the site developers, so I don't expect it's a complex job. FIRST I need to add a separate H2 for the slider widget so that I can independently change the font size without changing it for the rest H2s on the site. SECOND 1. Widgetise the 'post' section of the Balance Genesis theme so that I can add both the Genesis Featured Post (#2) and Genesis Featured Page (#1) widgets to the area. * I only want the post and subsequent posts to be full size, not full size for the first post and half-width for the second post (which is the current setting). * Style the new widget area to be like the rest of the homepage, same heading size, body text and width should fit the current post area
